Innerspec Technologies is looking for a Technical Sales Manager to develop and expand our business in the Middle East, focusing on advanced Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions, particularly Ultrasonic Guided Wave technologies and UT EMAT portable inspection systems.
The selected candidate will combine technical expertise with business development activities, working directly with industrial customers and regional representatives to identify inspection needs, propose innovative solutions, and perform on-site demonstrations using VOLTA2, our state-of-the-art Long-Range and Medium-Range Guided Wave inspection system, as well as other advanced portable NDT solutions, including CODA and VOLTA-FST.

Principales actividades y responsabilidades:
- Develop and expand Innerspec's business in the Middle East, identifying new customers, markets, and commercial opportunities.
- Manage technical sales activities for Innerspec's portable NDT product portfolio, including VOLTA2, CODA, VOLTA-FST, and other advanced inspection solutions.
- Personally conduct hands-on, on-site equipment demonstrations at customer facilities and industrial sites, operating VOLTA2, CODA, VOLTA-FST, and other portable NDT systems to demonstrate their capabilities, evaluate inspection applications, and provide technical guidance to customers.
- Provide technical advice to customers, identifying their inspection challenges and proposing suitable NDT solutions.
- Manage and coordinate Innerspec's network of local sales representatives and distributors across the assigned region, supporting their commercial activities, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring effective market coverage.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial customers, regional representatives, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Manage commercial opportunities from initial contact and technical assessment through quotations, negotiations, and order placement.
- Participate in technical meetings, industry exhibitions, and commercial events.
- Collaborate with Innerspec's engineering and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support customers throughout the sales process.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competing technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Candidate profile:
- Technical background in engineering, NDT, or a related field.
- Experience in Ultrasonic Guided Waves is required.
- Good English written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to customers.
- Commercial mindset, proactive attitude, and motivation to develop new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships in an international environment.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Middle East to visit customers, support regional representatives, and conduct technical demonstrations.
- Previous technical sales or business development experience is highly valued.
- Experience working with international sales representatives or distributor networks is an advantage.
- Previous commercial experience in the Middle East is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Willingness to relocate to Bahrain would be valued, although relocation is not mandatory.
