NDT-WEB ROUTINE

NDT-WEB ROUTINE is a web-based software platform that automates the end-to-end robotic inspection process, integrating part discovery, trajectory generation, real-time control, and adaptive closed-loop inspection within a unified environment.

  • No robot programming required.
  • Automated part teaching and adaptive robot path control.

A FLEXIBLE PLATFORM DESIGNED TO EVOLVE

CHORUS enables high precision robotic inspection across a wide range of component sizes and manufacturing scenarios, from large scale structures to small, high tolerance parts and fully integrated inline systems.

Large Structures

For large and complex structures, CHORUS provides flexible multi-axis robotic scanning capable of covering extensive surfaces with compound geometries. Automated part discovery and advanced trajectory generation ensure consistent probe orientation and inspection conditions across large-scale, geometrically complex regions.

CHORUS supports single, dual, and multi-robot configurations, enabling coordinated inspections and combined techniques such as Through Transmission Ultrasonic testing (TTU) for large scale components.

Ideal For:

  • Aerospace structures.
  • Large forgings and weldments.

Applications:

Aerospace Structures | Large Forgings and Weldments

Small Components

For small or high precision components, CHORUS combines automated part handling with high accuracy robotic inspection to enable complete inspection workflows. The system supports part loading, positioning, and alignment, ensuring consistent inspection conditions and reducing manual intervention.

Ideal For:

  • Thermoplastic clips.
  • Precision-machined parts.

Applications:

Thermoplastic Clips |  Precision-Machined Parts

Inline and Production Integrated Systems

CHORUS supports deployment in inline or near line configurations, where inspection is synchronized with manufacturing processes. By combining real time sensing, part tracking, and adaptive path control, the system enables continuous inspection of moving or variably positioned parts without interrupting production flow. This allows manufacturers to maintain inspection quality while meeting throughput and automation requirements.

Ideal For:

  • Continuous manufacturing lines.
  • Quality control checkpoints.

Applications:

Continuous Manufacturing Lines | Quality Control Checkpoints
