CHORUS – Large Component Cells

Designed for inspection of large, complex, high-value structures. The robotic cell designs are tailored to match the scale and complexity of the product inspected.

Key Characteristics:

  • Single or multi-robotic scanning of large or fixed components. Typical constructions include:
    • Single Robot (6-axis). Water-column UT/PAUT, Immersion Tank, and TTU with a yoke.
    • Dual or Triple Robot (6-axix * 2). Water-column UT/PAUT, Immersion Tank, dual robot TTU. Inspecting on shared or separate areas simultaneously.
  • Multi-axis motion for complex geometries and hard-to-reach areas.
